‘South Park’ creators face White House wrath again after poking fun at VP Vance

Los Angeles, Aug 7 (UNI) Adult Swim’s animated sitcom series ‘South Park’ now finds itself at loggerheads with the White House after making fun of Vice President JD Vance in its second episode.
After showcasing Donald Trump as Satan’s ‘bed partner’, the show used a baby-fied image of Vance while mocking ICE, and Homeland Security, in the most unapologetic form, ridiculing their deportations to no end.

The spat escalated as the Department of Homeland Security, even before the premier of the second episode, used a still from the episode’s teaser to promote ICE’s website, which includes application portals for various agency roles like criminal investigator and deportation officer.

This prompted a reaction from the show’s creators, who, referring to the department’s earlier comments of the show not having been relevant in over 20 years, virulently roasted it.

The official ‘South Park’ X account responded to the post by writing, “Wait, so we ARE relevant? #eatabagofd***s.”

‘South Park’ commenters’ response was a retort to the July 24 comments by the White House that the show was irrelevant, just like the Left. The White House remarks had come after post Season 27’s debut episode which roasted Trump. UNI ANV SSP
