Malayalam film Izhakalkkappuram to release nationwide on October 2

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 17 (UNI) Malayalam feature film Izhakalakkappuram (The Unseen Thread) will open in cinemas across the country on October 2, coinciding with Gandhi Jayanti. Written and directed by Venu Nair, the film unfolds as a philosophical chamber drama, using relationships and generational differences to examine the relevance of Gandhian thought. The film offers a political analysis and a nuanced assessment of Gandhian philosophy through the ideological differences between two generations.
