Elderly woman killed in leopard attack in Ahilyanagar

Ahilyanagar, Nov 10 (UNI) A 60-year-old woman died after being attacked by a leopard at Yesgaon shivar in Kopargaon taluka of the district today.
According to police, the deceased, identified as Shanta Nikole, (resident of Bhaskar vasti, Kopargaon), was working in an agricultural farm in the morning when the leopard suddenly attacked her and killed her.
After hearing about this incident, the villagers became angry and they blocked the Nagar-Manmad highway by protesting against the administration and the Forest department.
