ED raids AAP MP Ashok Mittal’s premises; Bhagwant Mann alleges political motive

New Delhi, April 15 (UNI): The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has officially confirmed that it is conducting searches at multiple institutions and premises linked to AAP Rajya Sabha MP Ashok Mittal as part of an ongoing probe under FEMA violations.
According to the ED, searches are being carried out at Lovely Professional University in Jalandhar, Tetr College of Business, and Masters’ union College of Business in Gurugram. A total of around 10 locations across Gurugram and Jalandhar are being covered.
The agency stated that the premises of Ashok Mittal are also being searched as part of the operation, with all locations linked to institutions that are part of the same group, identified as the Lovely University Group.
