ED concludes 29-hour raid at Punjab minister Arora's premises

Chandigarh, April 18 (UNI) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) concluded a marathon 29-hour search operation at the residence and business premises of Punjab Cabinet Minister Sanjeev Arora on Saturday.
The federal probe agency, which had launched simultaneous raids at 13 locations across Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Gurugram, and Chandigarh on Friday morning, departed from the minister's Ludhiana residence at approximately 11:50 am.
Officials were seen carrying two bags of documents as they left the premises, though they remained tight-lipped regarding the findings.

HP: Three held with heroin in Palampur

Dharamshala, May 17 (UNI) Three persons, including two residents of Punjab, were arrested and booked under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act after police recovered 5.59 grams of heroin, commonly known as “chitta,” from a vehicle near Om Project at Suradi in Palampur sub-division of Kangra district, police said today.
