EC is not impartial: Akhilesh Yadav

Jaipur/Lucknow, Apr 11 (UNI) Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday said that the Election Commission is not impartial and accused it of working at the behest of the BJP.
"The BJP conspired to rig the SIR, and in UP they used Form 7 forged signatures to cancel the votes of Samajwadi Party voters. They filled out large numbers of fake forms and Samajwadi Party workers and PDA officials uncovered the BJP's fraud," he alleged.
Addressing a press conference in Jaipur on Saturday during the Vision India programme, Akhilesh Yadav said, "The Samajwadi Party complained to the Election Commission about this fraud, but the Commission took no action. The BJP used a fake signature of a Samajwadi Party city president to cancel the votes of the Samajwadi Party. Instead of taking action against the culprits, the District Magistrate was investigating who was informing the Samajwadi Party about the fraud."
