Govt. to support 2,100 women with assistance of up to Rs 2 lakh for startups

Patna, October 12 (UNI) The Bihar government has initiated a programme to promote entrepreneurship among female students and young women, with the Bihar Beti Startup Challenge Yojana envisaging support for 2,100 beneficiaries to help them turn innovative ideas into viable business ventures. Official sources said here on Monday that under the initiative, selected participants are expected to receive financial assistance and incentives ranging from Rs 50,000 to Rs 2 lakh to start their businesses.
