Bengal CM's Darjeeling visit postponed, Malda programme confirmed

Siliguri, Oct 6 (UNI) Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari's proposed visit to Darjeeling on Wednesday has been postponed, despite the district administration making preparations throughout Tuesday for his proposed visit and issuing instructions to organisers, including journalists, regarding security arrangements. According to reliable administrative sources, the Chief Minister's Darjeeling visit, which had remained unconfirmed for most of Tuesday, was finally being worked out after 3 pm.
