Jharkhand bus operators seek simplification of permit procedures

Ranchi, Oct 15 (UNI) Bus operators in Jharkhand on Thursday sought simplification of permit renewal, replacement of old buses with newer models and issuance of temporary contract permits, citing procedural delays and financial losses. The demands were raised at a meeting held at the Chamber Bhawan, where members discussed difficulties faced by transport operators and decided to approach the transport department secretary for their early resolution.
