Railways organises 'Rail Jan Samvad' to improve cleanliness, passenger amenities

Patna, Oct 22 ( UNI) East Central Railway General Manager Dimpy Garg Thursday said the railways were committed to providing better facilities to passengers, stressing the importance of direct interaction with travellers to improve cleanliness and the overall passenger experience. Speaking to reporters at Patna Junction after the 'Rail Jan Samvad' programme organised under Special Campaign-6, Garg said the initiative was being conducted across the country to establish direct communication between railway officials and passengers.
