Bhubaneswar, Oct 2 (UNI) The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has achieved a major engineering breakthrough with the successful excavation of the 829-metre Tunnel No. 41-41A between Borra Guhalu and Karakavalasa stations in Odisha's Rayagada division, marking a significant milestone in the ongoing Kottavalasa-Koraput Doubling Project.
