Burdwan, Oct 2 (UNI) The controversy over actor-turned-politician Thalapathy Vijay's party Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) opening its lone Bengal office in Burdwan deepened, with the Bengal unit chief hitting back at an "uncalled for" denial by a self-styled spokesperson of the party. Meanwhile, the district BJP here has claimed that TVK would not have a foothold in places like Burdwan in the near future.
