Odisha minister's piggyback ride on PSO triggers political row

Bhubaneswar, Nov 3 (UNI) The Opposition Biju Janata Dal (BJD) on Tuesday slammed Panchayati Raj Minister Rabi Narayan Naik for riding piggyback on his personal security officer (PSO) during a visit to Kandhamal district, describing the incident as disturbing and reflective of the government's "inhuman mindset". In a press statement, BJD media coordinator Dr Lenin Mohanty said administrative mismanagement and lack of coordination had repeatedly embarrassed the state government.
