Bhubaneswar, Oct 16 (UNI) Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC) president Bhakta Charan Das on Friday urged the Odisha government to take immediate legal and administrative measures to get Andhra Pradesh's notification for panchayat elections in the Kotia region cancelled, alleging that the move challenged Odisha's territorial integrity.
