Bhubaneswar, Oct 27 (UNI) Bhubaneswar Mayor Sulochana Das on Tuesday suspended Ward 37 corporator Bandita Pal from the 45th general meeting of the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) for livestreaming the proceedings on her mobile phone despite repeated objections from the chair and fellow members. The Mayor invoked Section 114(5) of the Municipal Act, citing misconduct and disrespect to the House.
