CPI(ML) questions BJP's diya programme amid Bihar floods

Patna, Sep 17 (UNI) The Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Liberation Thursday questioned the Bharatiya Janata Party's 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' and its 'Ashirwad Ka Diya' programme to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday, saying that the expenditure on such events would have been better utilised for providing relief to flood-affected people in Bihar.
