Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren faces charges in Bargain land case

Ranchi, Sep 30 (UNI) A special PMLA court in Ranchi on Wednesday framed charges against Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren in the alleged money laundering case linked to 8.86 acres of land in the Bargain area, paving the way for trial. Soren appeared before the court through video conferencing. During the charge-framing proceedings, the prosecution charges were read out to him, following which he denied the allegations and said he was innocent.
