Jharkhand HC quashes govt order cancelling JSSC-CGL examination

Ranchi, Nov 6 (UNI) The Jharkhand High Court on Friday set aside the state government's decision to cancel the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level (JSSC-CGL) examination and appointments made through it, providing relief to successful candidates. Justice Deepak Roshan, while delivering the verdict on petitions challenging the government's August 18 notification, observed that no concrete and clear grounds had been placed before the court to justify cancelling the entire examination and the resulting appointments.
