Jharkhand: Three get life term in 22-year-old firing case

Dhanbad, Oct 3 (UNI) A Dhanbad court on Saturday sentenced three convicts to life imprisonment in the 2004 AK-47 firing case at gangster Fahim Khan's Wasseypur residence. District and Sessions Judge-III Paras Kumar Sinha sentenced Shahid Alam, Shahadat Hussain and Tanveer Alam to life imprisonment under sections 302, 120-B and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. The court also awarded seven years' imprisonment under Section 27 of the Arms Act and 10 years under Section 307.
