Bihar: Patna HC quashes indefinite expulsion of MGCU student

Patna, Sep 24 (UNI) The Patna High Court has quashed an indefinite expulsion order issued by Mahatma Gandhi Central University (MGCU) against PG Media Studies student Akash Kumar and directed the university to immediately reinstate him and allow him to appear in examinations. Kumar had been suspended and subsequently expelled after using social media to raise allegations of administrative irregularities concerning the promotion of a non-teaching staff member.
