RSP accelerates digital transformation with SAP-driven initiatives to streamline procurement

Bhubaneswar, Oct 30 (UNI) In a significant move towards strengthening operational efficiency and promoting digital transformation, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) has rolled out a series of SAP-driven digital initiatives in its Materials Management (MM) department, aimed at making procurement processes faster, more transparent and efficient. The initiatives are designed to simplify day-to-day operations, automate key activities, enhance transparency in procurement and strengthen the overall materials management system.
