Probe ordered into death of 11-year-old at Kolkata Medical College

Kolkata, Oct 26 (UNI) A four-member inquiry committee has been formed by the authorities of Kolkata Medical College and Hospital to investigate the death of an 11-year-old boy following injections administered during treatment. The inquiry committee will be headed by paediatrics professor Rakesh Mondal. The other members are Sujoy Maitra, head of paediatric surgery; Imran Ahmed, a cardiologist; and Sanjay Mondal, a medicine specialist. The panel has been directed to submit its findings within 24 hours.
