Odisha: SOA honours NGOs supporting cancer patients at national conclave

Bhubaneswar, Oct 15 (UNI) Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) organised "Champions of Hope 2026", a national conclave on cancer rehabilitation and survivorship on Thursday, bringing together over 40 NGOs to recognise their contributions to cancer care, psychosocial support and patient welfare, while highlighting the importance of collective efforts in supporting patients and their families. The conclave recognised the contributions of organisations providing cancer rehabilitation, psychosocial support and patient welfare services. Children undergoing cancer treatment joined dignitaries in lighting the ceremonial lamp, symbolising courage, resilience and hope.
