Jharkhand: Hemant Soren provides Rs 10 lakh aid for boy's ear treatment

Ramgarh, Oct 15 (UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Thursday provided a cheque of Rs 10 lakh to the family of a six-year-old boy for his ear treatment under the Chief Minister's Serious Illness Treatment Scheme, following completion of the required procedures within 48 hours. Anup Besra, son of Ramkishun Besra of Bharech Nagar in Beratand, Ramgarh district, is undergoing treatment at Christian Medical College, Vellore, where doctors have advised replacement of his inner ear, according to a state government press release.
