Patna, Nov 7 ( UNI) The complainant in an alleged recruitment irregularities case involving appointments of doctors to various posts at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna, on Saturday filed a protest petition before a special CBI court, challenging the agency's closure report in the case. The protest petition was filed on behalf of complainant Satyendra Kumar before the court of Special Judicial Magistrate (CBI) Mahwish Fatima in Patna.
