National Urban Conclave calls for sweeping reforms to strengthen urban governance

Bhubaneswar, Oct 25 (UNI) The National Urban Conclave 2026 concluded in Bhubaneswar on Sunday with a strong call for comprehensive reforms in urban governance, municipal finance, city planning and public service delivery, emphasising the need to empower urban local bodies and make Indian cities more inclusive, sustainable and economically productive in the run-up to Viksit Bharat 2047.
