Bhubaneswar, Nov 6 (UNI) In a major push to strengthen primary education infrastructure across Odisha, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Friday laid the foundation stone for 630 schools under the third phase of the state government's flagship Pandit Godabarish Mishra Model Primary School Scheme during his visit to his home district, Keonjhar.
