Meghalaya CM releases Rs 104.48 cr post-matric scholarship for ST students

Shillong, Oct 14 (UNI) Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Wednesday released the final instalment of the Umbrella Post-Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Tribe (ST) students for 2025-26, amounting to Rs 104.48 crore, benefiting 96,801 students across the state. Sangma released the scholarship at a programme held at St. Anthony's College in the presence of Education Minister Lahkmen Rymbui, Arts and Culture Minister Sanbor Shullai, and senior government officials.
