Jharkhand: Education Ministry forms panel to probe IIIT Ranchi student's death

Ranchi, Oct 13 (UNI) The union Ministry of Education has constituted a three-member committee to investigate the death of a student at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Ranchi, and review student welfare and institutional facilities. The committee will be chaired by Prof Rajni Abbi, director of the University of Delhi's South Campus. A senior psychiatrist and a senior Ministry of Education official are the other members, according to a report published on Tuesday.
