Odisha Govt signs 15 MoUs to strengthen technical education, emerging skills

Bhubaneswar, Oct 6 (UNI) Odisha Government on Tuesday signed a series of MoUs with 15 strategic partners to strengthen industry-linked skilling, technical education and employment opportunities for the state's youth, with a focus on emerging sectors such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, robotics, semiconductors and green jobs. The agreements were exchanged at the World Skill Center in Bhubaneswar in the presence of Industries, Skill Development and Technical Education Minister Sampad Chandra Swain. The partnerships will support Centres of Excellence, industry-led training, curriculum reforms, trainer development, apprenticeships and placements, besides facilitating knowledge exchange and greater exposure to advanced technologies and industry practices.…
