Gaighata encounter: West Bengal Human Rights Commission seeks detailed report from SP by Nov 6

Kolkata, Oct 27 (UNI) The West Bengal Human Rights Commission (WBHRC) on Tuesday directed the Superintendent of Police of Bongaon Police District to submit a detailed report by November 6 on the alleged encounter death of the prime accused in the rape and murder of a minor girl in Gaighata. WBHRC chairperson Justice Indra Prasanna Mukherjee also directed the SP to preserve all evidence related to the incident in North 24 Parganas district.
