Former Odisha MP Bhaskar Rao under EOW scanner in Rs 80 crore fraud case

Bhubaneswar, Nov 6 (UNI) The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Odisha Crime Branch on Friday raided former Rajya Sabha MP N Bhaskar Rao's residence in Rayagada in connection with an alleged Rs 80-crore embezzlement of funds belonging to the local Truck Owners' Association. A 21-member special EOW team, led by Additional Superintendent of Police Ashish Kumar Mishra, conducted an extensive search at Rao's residence in Raniguda.
