Motihari, Oct 6 (UNI) Questions have been raised over the treatment and security arrangements of a 52-year-old undertrial prisoner who died while undergoing treatment at Motihari Sadar Hospital in Bihar, after photographs emerged showing him with his hands handcuffed and his legs restrained during hospitalisation. The deceased, identified as Sudhish Ram, a resident of Barharwa Kala under the Kotwa police station area in East Champaran district, had been arrested on September 29 in connection with a case registered under the Excise Act.
