Mizoram-Assam border talks proposed for mid-November in Aizawl

Aizawl, Oct 25 (UNI) Mizoram has proposed a three-day schedule for the next round of official-level negotiations with Assam over their decades-old boundary dispute, with the talks likely to take place in Aizawl in mid-November, Home Minister K. Sapdanga said on Sunday. The state government is awaiting confirmation from Assam, which has yet to respond to the proposed schedule, Sapdanga told The Times of India.
