Bhubaneswar, Sep 23 (UNI) The Odisha Assembly was adjourned till 4 PM on Wednesday, the second consecutive day of the Monsoon Session, as Opposition BJD and Congress members disrupted proceedings over the MMDR Act amendment and alleged errors in school textbooks.
