Sudarsan Pattnaik creates unique Maa Durga installation using sand, fruits and vegetables at Puri beach

Bhubaneswar, Oct 16 (UNI) Renowned sand artist and Padma Shri awardee Sudarsan Pattnaik has created a distinctive installation of Maa Durga using sand, 22 varieties of vegetables and 10 varieties of fruits at Puri Sea Beach in Odisha, blending artistic creativity with the festive spirit of Durga Puja. The 10-foot-high installation, created with approximately eight tonnes of sand over five hours, carries the message "Happy Durga Puja" and has attracted visitors with its innovative use of natural produce.
