Manipur Governor Bhalla launches nutritional support for TB patients, distributes AI-enabled X-ray machines

Imphal, Oct 3 (UNI) Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla on Saturday attended a programme at the Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS), Imphal, for the distribution of nutritional food baskets to tuberculosis (TB) patients and their family caregivers under the Nikshay Mitra initiative. The initiative is being supported by National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme as part of the TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan under the National TB Elimination Programme. NTPC has sanctioned around Rs2.9 crore under its CSR initiative to provide six months of nutritional assistance to around 1,800 TB patients and their families…
