Manipur Chief Secretary tours Kangpokpi , meets displaced persons

Imphal, Sep 16 (UNI) Manipur Chief Secretary Rajeev Singh Thakur conducted a comprehensive review meeting at the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner's Complex on Wednesday.
