Manipur CM assures security for highway projects

Imphal, Sep 17 (UNI) Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Thursday chaired a Security Coordination Meeting to review the present law and order situation in the State. The meeting was held at the Cabinet Hall of the Chief Minister's Secretariat in Imphal. During the meeting, the members discussed the stringent steps that should be taken to maintain law and order in the State. The meeting also discussed in length the new vulnerable areas and how to deploy security personnel in those areas, if needed, for the greater interest of the people.
