Zeliangrong body demands reorganization of districts in Manipur

Imphal, Oct 1 (UNI) The Former & Senior Leaders' Forum, Zeliangrong Civil Organisations (FSLFZCOs), today submitted a memorandum to Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at Lok Bhavan here, seeking security escorts for public vehicles on NH-37, recognition and relief for displaced Zeliangrong Naga families, and re-organisation of inter-district boundaries. Convenor Titus Kamei, Co-Convenor Pamei Tingenlung, and advisors Jangamlung Panmei, Ashinpou Gangmei and Akhu Kamei said in the memorandum that re-organisation of inter-district boundaries is "the only option" for lasting peace.
