Due to Pune Police’s Inefficiency, Loud DJ Noise in ‘Silence Zone’: Dumbale to Move High Court:

Pune, Apr 14 ( UNI) Even though a constructive decision was taken to ban DJ music during celebrations of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s birth anniversary, loud music started blaring on Tuesday in the Sassoon Hospital area "due to poor planning by the Pune Police", alleged Ambedkarite activist Rahul Dumbale.
Dumbale has strongly condemned the police administration over this issue and has warned that he will approach the Bombay High Court against this irresponsibility.
Despite Sassoon Hospital being designated as a “Silence Zone,” DJ music is being played at an intensity of 124 decibels (dB). Expressing his anger, Dumbale said, "Even after submitting written complaints for three consecutive days—April 12, 13, and 14—the police failed to take any preventive action. Due to this inefficiency, patients’ lives are being put at risk.”
