DU MPhil graduate arrested for jewelry shop robberies in Delhi

New Delhi, Oct 12 (UNI) Delhi Police today arrested 32-year-old Deep Shubham, an MPhil graduate in Chemistry from Delhi University, for his alleged involvement in two jewellery shop robberies in the Model Town area.
Shubham, a native of Sitamarhi, Bihar, currently residing in Sohna, Haryana, is a proclaimed offender in the two cases and had previously been convicted in a 2017 bank robbery in Bihar.
Police said he had used his knowledge of chemistry to make a smoke bomb during the earlier bank heist.
