Drunk youths pelt stones at HRTC Volvo bus in Himachal; 3 held

Shimla, Dec 15 (UNI) Three youths allegedly pelted stones at a state government-run Volvo bus in Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu district, shattering its windows, after being denied entry due to overcrowding, police said on Monday.
The HRTC Volvo bus came under attack at the Sarvari bus stand on Sunday night.
The incident occurred when the trio attempted to board a Manali–Delhi Volvo bus. The conductor refused to allow them on board, citing that the bus was already full. This led to an argument, following which the youths, reportedly intoxicated, hurled stones at the bus and attempted to flee.
