Dhami govt cancels its controversial UKSSSC exams after Justice Dhyani presents probe report

Dehradun, Oct 11 (UNI) The Pushkar Singh Dhami government today cancelled the controversial graduate level Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UKSSSC) examination, held to fill vacancies in various departments triggering mass protests due to leakage of question paper.
Decision to quash UKSSSC exam was taken following submission of one-member inquiry commission report by former Uttarakhand High Court judge UC Dhyani.
Following submission of the report by Justice Dhyani an statement issued by the UKSSSC said, "In order to maintain the integrity, confidentiality, transparency and credibility of the examination commission has decided that it will be appropriate to cancel the examination held on September 21. The graduate-level examination held on September 21, 2015 stands cancelled and it's proposed that reexamination will be held after three months."
