DGP UP reviews key policing areas via video conference with senior officials

Lucknow, Sep 12 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Director General of Police (DGP) Rajeev Krishna today conducted a high-level video conference with officers from all districts, commissionerates, ranges, and zones across the state.
The meeting focused on four key areas: public grievance redressal, law and order, cybercrime, and women's safety.
The DGP emphasised the government's priority on addressing public complaints and reviewed grievance redressal for June, July, and August. Data showed a decline in complaints in 55 out of 75 districts, while 20 districts saw a slight rise.

Chandigarh, Jul 20 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Monday approved a series of infrastructure and public welfare projects worth over Rs 363.82 crore, including the supply of 820 e-rickshaws to gaushalas, major drinking water and sewerage works, and a new 1,000 MLD water treatment facility for Gurugram.
