Delhi suspends physical classes for Nursery to Class 5 amid severe air pollution

New Delhi, Dec 15 (UNI) In view of the prevailing severe air pollution and persistently high Air Quality Index (AQI) levels, the Delhi Government has decided to discontinue physical classes for students from Nursery to Class 5 with immediate effect and until further orders.
According to directions issued by the Directorate of Education, all government, government-aided and unaided private recognised schools in Delhi will conduct classes for students from Nursery to Class V exclusively in online mode during this period.
The decision has been taken as a precautionary measure to safeguard the health of young children, who are particularly vulnerable to the adverse effects of air pollution.

IAF Orders Probe After Microlight Aircraft Makes Forced Landing
