Delhi govt has re-affiliated 37 schools back to CBSE: BJP's Sachdeva

New Delhi, Nov 6 (UNI) Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva on Thursday alleged that the previous Arvind Kejriwal government's claim of having established 37 “Schools of Excellence" during its 10-year rule has turned out to be a "deception".
Sachdeva said that, during these ten years, the AAP government built only six new “Schools of Excellence,” while the remaining 31 were pre-existing Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalayas (Government Talent Development Schools).
Sharpening his attack, the Delhi BJP chief called these “Schools of Excellence” as “Schools of Deception,” and added that students who passed Class 12 from these schools struggled to get admission into higher education institutes, because they had been affiliated with a new board (DBSE) by the previous regime.
