Defamation case to be filed against SAD leader Majithia for allegations against Amrit Pal Singh: Legal Advisor

Chandigarh, Apr 26 (UNI) A defamation case will soon be filed against senior Shiromani Akali Dal leader Bikram Singh Majithia for levelling false accusations against Akali Dal Waris Punjab De party MP Amrit Pal Singh, said the legal advisor of the Waris Punjab De Party today.
Recently, senior SAD leader Majithia made allegations against MP from Shri Khadoor Sahib, Amrit Pal Singh. These allegations are merely made to increase his own security.
This was stated by the Chief Spokesperson and Legal Advisor of Akali Dal 'Waris Punjab De', Iman Singh Khara, Party's Social Media Committee member Charanjit Singh Bhinder, Chief Advocate of Recruitment Committee, Kabal Singh, and Media Team member, Gurlal Singh Punnu.

Varanasi, Apr 19 (UNI) A major mishap was averted at Shivala Ghat in Varanasi on Sunday morning when three women from a group of pilgrims nearly drowned while taking a dip in the Ganga.
Thanks to the swift response of local boatmen, all three were rescued safely.The group of around 15 pilgrims had arrived from Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh for a religious visit to Varanasi. During their morning bath at the ghat, the three women accidentally moved into deeper waters and began to struggle.
