Cybersecurity firm Netskope announces launch of IPO

New Delhi, Sep 8 (UNI) Cybersecurity firm Netskope today announced that it has launched the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) of Class A common stock.
A roadshow for its proposed initial public offering (IPO) means that a company is planning a series of presentations and meetings with potential investors to drum up interest and secure commitments for its upcoming IPO.
According to official statement " Netskope has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commision (the "SEC") to offer 47,800,000 shares of its Class A common stock to the Public."
"All shares in the offering are being offered by Netskope. In addition, Netskope intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 7,170,000 shares of Class A common stock to cover over-allotments," an official statement added.
The initial public offering price is expected to be between USD 15.00 and USD 17.00 per share.
Netskope, a US-headquartered cybersecurity firm, addresses the needs of both security and networking teams by providing optimized access and real-time, context-based security for people, devices and data anywhere they go.

CCEA raises MSP for Kharif crops for 2026-27, announces major hike for sunflower, cotton
