CREDAI Hyderabad releases comprehensive report on Hyd's real estate

Hyderabad, Feb 18 (UNI) CREDAI Hyderabad, in collaboration with CRE Matrix, here on Tuesday presented a report on an in-depth zone-wise analysis of the city’s office and housing markets, highlighting key trends, demand patterns, and future growth potential.
The Hyderabad Office Market Report – Q4 CY’24 and Hyderabad Housing Market Report – Q4 CY’24 unveiled comprehensive trends for North West, North East, South West and South East of Hyderabad.
Hyderabad North West emerged as the dominant market, contributing 64 percent of total sales value, with transactions amounting to Rs 19,826 crore, the report stated.
